Control4’s New Halo Remotes

If you enjoy the Control4 Neeo remote, you will love the new Control4 Halo line. Halo is the next generation of their lineup of intelligent remotes and can be used to browse media, manage smart devices, and choose scenes for AV, lighting, comfort, or security. If you have a Neeo, you’ll notice a similar design. However, the Halo remotes take the technology and features of the Neeo a step further. 

Stronger Wi-Fi

Halo users will notice an increase in Wi-Fi strength. Neeo was good, but Halo has three to five times more power and can support both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands.

Voice Activated

A new voice button on Halo will work like a Siri remote for Apple TV or Xfinity voice remote for Xfinity boxes. Customers had requested this feature, and Control4 listened – how great is that!

Functional Options

Do you prefer a touch screen or buttons on your Control4 remote? The new Halo family has options for both. The Halo standard remote has a 2.8-inch color interface controlled by hard buttons, while the Halo Touch features a 3.2-inch touchscreen interface. 

Vibrant Linear Lighting

Control4 has also introduced their new line of Vibrant Linear Lighting, coming soon to a Control4 dealer near you. With this new technology, users can adjust room lighting to fit any mood or activity on any day.

Vibrant linear lighting will offer a selection of white, tunable white, color, and color + tunable white options to give you many different lighting choices. Also, activate lighting scenes through a button or voice command on a Control4 remote.
