Shane Horner

Owner

Shane grew up in Mentor, graduated from Mentor High and continued his education at The Ohio State University. He enlisted in the United States Army while still in high school at age 17 and volunteered to deploy to Iraq – Operation Iraqi Freedom. While deployed for a year in 2003..., he got a crazy idea to start a business with his brother.Shane married Suzi in 2007 and deployed for another year to Iraq in 2009.

Shane and Suzi have three children and live in Concord Township.Shane retired from the US Army in 2018 after almost 23 years of service.

Shane enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, golfing, martial arts, and watching the Buckeye’s play football.

Ben Reutter

Operations Manager

Ben was raised in Lake County where he currently resides with his wife and their five children. Ben is the Operations Manager at Horner Networks. If you’ve had the pleasure of calling our office, you’ve most likely spoken with Ben. He is responsible for day to day operations, scheduling and billing. Prior to joining our team in 2013..., Ben served as Human Resource Manager, Business Development Manager and then General Manager for a fast growing manufacturing company.

Ben earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Toledo and an MBA in Business Management from Cleveland State University.
