We live this philosophy every day at home and in the field. Experience
If you listen closely you’ll probably hear many differing opinions about experience in our industry. Some companies come from a security background, others from the electrical world. Obviously consumer electronics retailers and custom audio/video companies fit as well. Our background is in technology. We see how technology has affected all corners of our industry and know that we are well positioned to serve our customers because of our extensive knowledge of information system concepts.

Certification
We believe that to be succesful you have to have an insatiable appetite for knowledge. Our team constantly works to improve their skills by attending training and certification programs designed to ensure participants walk away with the knowledge they need to succeed.
We require all of our installers to become certified in a variety of skill sets within their first three months of employment. These certifications are crucial to our success as a business but more importantly are the foundation for growth of our employees. We like to say that “a job is something you do; a career is something you live”. Our employees prove that saying every day.

There are a lot of you out there that are afraid of technology. We understand why you are. Technology companies don’t always do a good job of teaching you how to use their products. That’s where we come in.
We’re happy to educate you about each and every product that we install in your home and even some that we don’t. If you don’t know how it works, ask us. If we don’t know how to use it either we’ll learn how and show you the way.
