Welcome. How can we help you? Wait a second, why are we asking you? You’ve come to us because you’re the one with the questions and we’re the ones with the answers. Not that we have all of the answers, we wish we did.
What we do have are answers to the questions about technology and how it can help improve your life whether you’re at home, at work or somewhere in between. Questions like "How can I make my home more energy efficient?" or "Is there an easier way to control all of my A/V equipment?" and even "How can I disarm the security system for the dog sitter from Las Vegas?" We possess a passion for our industry that pushes us to eat, sleep and breathe technology. The excitement we get from integrating a technology for you is only rivaled by the excitement we get from going to shows like CEDIA and EHX where we learn more and more about new technologies and what they can do to make things even easier for our customers. If we could live at these shows I think some of us just might never leave. Though that might present us with a swag problem that UPS would have to handle.
Our point is that we are here to serve you and provide you with technology expertise that covers a wide variety of applications. We’re always learning and eager to share our knowledge with you because as Sir Francis Bacon once said, "Knowledge is power". Feel free to look around, ask questions, learn and challenge us. If there are ever any questions that we cannot answer we will find the answers and commit them to memory. We’re never afraid to say "I don’t know" because it’s always followed up by "but I will find the answer for you right away".
